We've Got Answers
What do the worship services look like?
A service consists of modern worship music (similar to Vertical Church Band, Passion, Elevation Worship and Hillsong) led by our band Collide Worship, along with an applicable Biblical message for today’s culture. The sermons are taught in a series format, either by topic or through a specific book of the Bible. The average service lasts a little over 1 hour.
What should I wear?
Clothes. Really, that's it! We do not care what you wear, but most people dress very casual (t-shirt, jeans, etc.).
What do you offer for my children?
We have a great children's ministry called Collide Kids that takes place during our Worship Service for children ages Birth through 6th Grade. Check out our Collide Kids page for more details.
Do you have a youth group for my middle schoolers and high schoolers?
Our middle school and high school students meet together on Sunday afternoons at the church. For more additional information, go to our Collide Students page.
Do you offer Sunday School classes?
We do not offer Sunday School classes, but instead we have Community Groups that meet across Yadkin, Surry and Iredell counties throughout the week. If you would like information on Community Group times and locations, visit our Community Groups page.
What denomination is this church?
Collide Church is autonomous and voluntarily partners with like-minded networks, associations, ministries and churches, which currently includes the Southern Baptist Convention, the North Carolina Baptist Convention, Christ Together Southeast, and Liberty Church Network. These partnerships allow us to support thousands of missionaries and new church plants across the United States and the world. We also do this understanding that unity amongst believers is a visible testimony of Jesus to the world (John 17:20-23).
